We are excited to announce that Wild & Scenic Film Festival On Tour, hosted by Mountain Area Preservation, is coming back to Truckee for two nights in 2026! Join MAP for back-to-back nights featuring two unique film programs at two exceptional venues, from Historic Downtown Truckee to Tahoe Donner. Mark your calendars for Friday, May 1st, at Alibi Ale Works - Truckee Public House and Saturday, May 2nd, at Tahoe Donner Alder Creek Adventure Center.

Sponsorship support helps MAP execute a feel-good community event that brings awareness to MAP’s mission, supports local artists, both filmmakers and local musicians, and highlights the importance of activism in our community now more than ever.

This year's 2026 Sponsor Perks are included below:

  • Organizer Sponsor – $750 Session Sponsor; Program mention; local radio mention; MAP e-news blast to 7,000 recipients, including sponsor highlight e-news blast (logo & web link); company logo on poster, website, newspaper, social media, and digital ads; VIP Festival passes (2) for both nights of the festival.

  • Sponsor – $300 Session Sponsor; Local Business or Community Partner; Program mention; local radio mention; MAP e-news blast to 7,000 recipients, including sponsor highlight e-news blast (logo & web link); company logo on poster, website, newspaper, social media, and digital ads; General Admission Festival passes (4) for both nights of the festival.

  • Friend of the Festival – $100 Local Business or Community Partner (Individual or Non-Profit); Program mention; MAP e-news blast to 7,000 recipients; business name listed on poster, website, social media, and digital ads; General Admission Festival passes (2) for both nights of the festival.
